The Leg Extension/Curl Attachment allows you to do leg extensions and leg curls with the with your Northern Lights benches. The unit is constructed of 11-14 gauge steel and features a charcoal grey powder coat finish. It is designed to work with either standard weight plates (1" Diameter) at a 100lb weight capacity. The 4.25" diameter x 8" heavy duty foam roller pads allows for a comfortable workout as you train your arm and leg strength.
